Details
The polyurethane valve body assembly is installed in the hydraulic end valve box of the mud pump, controlling the closure of the inlet and outlet valves. It consists of two parts: the valve body and the valve seat. The main materials are made of alloy steel (20CrMnTi, 20CrNiMo) that is higher than the standards of the petroleum industry, and are forged as a whole. The heat treatment method used ensures that the product has high strength and toughness, with a working surface hardness of HRC58 or above, and is processed and manufactured according to strict process regulations to ensure high smoothness and accurate dimensions.
