The piston assembly is the main component of the hydraulic end system of the drilling pump and one of the most commonly used vulnerable parts in drilling operations. The material of the piston core is 42CrMo. The piston rubber is a vulcanized rubber product, and the material of ordinary piston rubber is nitrile rubber. Polyurethane rubber can also be used to increase the working temperature range of the rubber.
